Postal Packaging

Postal Packaging has become increasingly popular over recent years. As a result we have invested a significant amount of time to create cost effective packaging solutions for our customers. We have a stock range that suits most bottles however we can custom make packaging in any size or style you like. Our packaging is strong and can be made in a basic brown enviro friendly board with single colour printing or you can step up to full CMYK printed packs with gloss lamination or varnishes. We have stock tooling to suit most wine bottle sizes but can manufacture packaging to suit any product.

Custom Postal Packaging Options

The stock size available to suit single bottle, double bottle applications is available in brown and white finishes and both use our Australian Made heavy duty twin cushion insert. These look great and are very strong for shipping and have the option of full colour printing with MOQs starting as low as 2000 units due to the print method used.

The stock size triple bottle postal carton option is available in basic brown or white and can use either a pulp 6BG or the Australian Made concertina liner depending on your application. Custom printing on these packs can be done in basic flexo with MOQs starting at only 500 units. Premium litho printing is also an option but has an MOQ of 2000 units.

The stock 6 & 12 bottle solutions are also available using our standard Multi Carton designs. These packs use a heavy duty full height corrugated divider and suit most standard Australian wine bottle sizes. Custom printed versions of these boxes are generally run basic flexo and have an MOQ of around 500 units.
