  • What are your opening hours?

    We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Our Warehouse is open 8:30am - 3:30pm 

  • Can I get wholesale pricing?

    We are a bulk wholesaler and offer pricing for business to business. An ABN is required to access our wholesale pricing. 

  • Can I get a sample?

    We do not offer samples 

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Freight and shipping is limited to Australia only

  • Can I organise my own courier to collect?

    We do not allow third-party collections by couriers.

  • How do I place an order?

    We need to set you up in our accounting system to issue an invoice for payment. Business details are required to proceed with all orders. 

  • What is the freight cost?

    Freight is calculated based on the order quanitity and delivery address. We do not have set rates for delivery areas. 

  • What are the minimum order quantities?

    All our products have a MOQ required to proceed with an order. This can be found on the product page or through one of our friendly staff.

  • Do you have a price list on all your product?

    Due to the unique nature of our business, we do not have a generic price list.


    If you can specify which products are of interest and the quantity of each we will be able to supply you further information.

  • Can I reserve stock?

    We do not reserve stock for customers. Once an invoice is issued, the payment needs to be made by the due date. Outstanding invoices may be voided and the goods returned to stock. 

  • Can I collect from your office?

    Customer collections are available via appointment only with Managements approval prior to collection.
