Litho / Offset printing is the application of high quality images directly to a reel of paper, which is then laminated to 'singleface' (corrugated inside liner plus medium) to make up a 3 ply cardboard sheet. This is then diecut and glued to provide a premium looking finished product.

This method can be used on a variety of products including corrugated cartons, diecut packaging, carry packs or gift boxes.

Litho allows full colour (CMYK) prints to be applied to your packaging products with a variety of varnishes or laminate options to give a glossy or sealed finish.

Preferred minimum quantities for this format are 2000 for a 12 pack wine carton and 3000 for a 6 pack, although smaller runs are possible in some cases.

Litho printing is now more environmentally friendly using the newer enviro inks and water based varnishes.
